This empty warehouse building was purchased by a manufacturing company to produce a line of its product. A complete interior build out was performed consisting of an office space and assembly floor. Project Description

Performed a full restoration on an exposed fastener trapezoidal metal roof system. Work included new gutter outlets and downspouts, removal of numerous roof penetrations and seam repairs in the gutter system.
