Knickerbocker Roofing & Paving Co. Inc. excels at quality roof repairs and installations under challenging circumstances. Recently, we were requested by a condominium association in a prime location to repair damaged concreted substrate and install tapered insulation and a new roof system 35 stories up.

The building, located on Chicago’s “Magnificent Mile”, was covered by a 12,000 square foot roof. We were called in when the roof began to show signs of wear and damage. After removing and disposing of the existing roof system, we installed a new, highly reflective modified bitumen membrane over tapered, energy saving isocyanurate insulation. Building management had concerns about the work’s effect on residents. We were able to complete this project while hoisting via the building’s exterior, eliminating any disruptions to the condominium’s occupants.

Client satisfaction is an integral part of our business. We pride ourselves on our ability to provide quality work within the constraints set forth at the onset of the project. When you have a roofing project, regardless of the technical or logistical requirements, Knickerbocker Roofing will do the job and exceed your highest expectations.
